Help needed connecting to S/4HANA 1511 On-Prem for first time

Hi,

I have just installed S/4Hana On-Prem which is awesome!  I need your help with connecting to the system for the first time.  I am trying to connect with SAPGUI since we will need to access se38.  Any help is greatly appreciated!

This is the status of my system HDB and S/4HANA are on the same host.

This is my SAPGUI Info.  I tried to connect with Instance 00,01, and 02.  I am using a local ip 192.168.*.* for the application server.
