Move Master data from ECC ->S/4 HANA

Hi Experts

We are planning to implement S/4 HANA next year sometime.

Just want to know the different ways to move Master data/Transaction data from ECC ->S/4 HANA

Edit: We  are looking for moving manually since we have 70% master data not useful and we are SME.
