S/4HANA and CTI

Hi Everyone,

we are right now discussing to implement a CTI solution to a S/4HANA system.

I made a rough search in SAP Notes and here at SCN, but couldnt find any

answers to this.

In "former times" we were able to use SAPPHONE together with SAPGUI or

could use some third-party-solutions to connect a CTI to ERP.

But so far I can see, there isnt a way to connect a CTI to NWBC or any other

HTTP(S). Am I right?

Are there already any interfaces or SAP products we can use to connect a

CTI to S/4HANA?

Are there white papers or something like that describing which way to go?

Thanks a lot for a hint or advise.

PS: CRM is out of scope. We are running plain S/4HANA.
