Hi Edward,

Were you not able to see SRA016_PRICE_AVAL_SRV service in /n/iwfnd/maint_Service transaction.

Click on Add Service and give local system alias and hit on Get Services, once the services are fetched, you need to make it active by adding its respective system alias.
