Service cannot be reached in S/4HANA 1511 FPS01

When i try to enter fiori apps from Purchasing tile groups in S/4HANA 1511 FPS01: Clasification and segmentation, Supplier evaluation, etc... i get following error:

Are there any possible solutions for solving this problem?
