in our S/4HANA 1511 FPS1 Demo21 system we have the same roles for SD user as you mentioned for trial/blu-ray shipment. First we had the same aligned tiles and groups like in your screenshot, but after we installed support package SP01 for UI component UIS4HOP1 100, we got empty groups like Monika and now we fail to enter some webgui apps that we could enter before upgrade,it fails with error "Could not open app, try again later".
Are we missing something? Did you find the note number regarding SD issue with Fiori tiles that got removed from their respective catalogs during the upgrade, we could not find note that you previously mentioned,
