Thats not true, there is nothing like that functional consultant role will be vanished, it is just that the configuration in the system will be to an extent automated, however functional consultants will always be required in the project to design the delta process & test the model processes as well.
Train customer & do all the other activities in the project.

The few analytics Fiori Apps you could find on S4 Hana can't compete with the tools you could find on the BI suite (webi, design studio, analysis, lumira etc.) ; either in term of user experience or simplicity of implementation.
By the way, this tools can be plugged on top of your S4/Hana thus allowing realtime reporting with all the functionalities of these different tools.

Analytics available with S/4HANA is called SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics. This is part and parcel of SAP S/4HANA system and does not require separate licenses or any separate deployment units or components to be installed. S/4HANA Embedded Analytics comes with its own tools and standard content for ex: Analytical Fiori apps, Smart Business apps, Query browser app, Query designer app etc. The foundation of all thest tools and apps are CDS views which are the core entities in S/4HANA system.
BI platform, on the other hand, is platform for strategic analytics which is more classified as source agnostic and there are variety of tools available with this platform. Many of these tools are compatible with S/4HANA CDS views (via the INA protocol) for ex: Design Studio, Analysis Office etc. However, BI platform requires additional licenses.
The standard content with these BI platform tools based on S/4HANA CDS views is available and part of SAP Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA: http://service.sap.com/s4op

We would like to migrate the master data (if required) and Finance transnational data from ECC to S4HANA system. We would like to see all the historical data in the table ACDOCA from the old finance tables.
Can you let me know what are the sequence of data migration steps in order we need to perform to extract the data from ECC tables (including table names) and upload to new ACDOCA table?

IMHO the role of a functional consultant will become even more important for those, who can combine SAP implementation talent with Business knowledge and even more important practical Business experience.
The SAP Activate methodology Guided Configuration in S/4HANA replacing SAP ASAP methodology focuses on the importance of a customer to adapt more quickly to changing business conditions rather than long-running Blueprint exercises which typically set a process in concrete as it is so "overcooked" that it can not be changed anymore.

What happens when we upgrading S/$ finance with SAP S/4? SAP S/4 replaces finance or not?

Hi Vladimir,
S/4 Finance and S/4 HANA are the same. SAP used to call Simple Finance 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and now SAP calls them as S/4 Finance 1503, 1511 etc...
There are some limitation with this release (SP00) but with later release like 1602/1605 most of the limitation will be removed.

With S/4 the terminologies are going to be slightly different however as a functional consultant you can still focus on your core areas which in your case would be O2C (SD).
I don't think any test system is available yet outside SAP's internal landscape for S/4 HANA.
